The dynamic, challenging, and complex nature of the construction projects environment often cause adversarial culture, disputed claims, deteriorating relationships between project participants. This paper aims to study correlation Relationship Management (RM) success develop a framework that includes practical actions, tools, strategies for managing in projects. Literature review interviews were used explore validate RM’s relevant associated traits.
